Young London strives to provide the best service to all of our clients and residents. To do this effectively we ensure that our staff have received the knowledge and training necessary to make them stand above the rest.
To achieve this lofty goal we ask all members of the Young London team to study for the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. Once they have passed all four units* they can then apply to become a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA).
By supporting our staff through the NFoPP exams, to achieve MARLA status, we are showing our commitment to helping raise the standards within the letting and property management profession by having staff who have been accredited with a nationally recognised qualification. Also, by becoming members of ARLA, our staff are making a commitment to follow the strict guidelines and quality standards set out by ARLA.
Young London is proud to say that at the end of 2012 three more members of staff passed all four of the NFoPP exams and became Members of ARLA.
By continuing to garner these additional qualifications, we are helping to provide peace of mind to our residents, assuring them that they are dealing with professionals who take their craft seriously and have the knowledge to provide them with the best possible service.
