Private Rented Sector (PRS) update is a resource for anyone seeking information and advice about the PRS, whether from an investment, lettings and management or finance perspective.  The overriding aims of PRS update are to promote sharing of best practice and encourage discussion.

The content on the site can be broken down into three core strands:
